'Brothers and Sisters' actor Balthazar Getty has fessed up to what we already know - that his marriage is over and he's doesn't seem to care if the paps snap him frolicking in public with a semi naked skank named Sienna Miller.
What was he thinking? He should have know the steamy pix would be splashed all over the internet, considering that it's man-eater and publicity whore Sienna Miller he's involved with.
Balt released a statement today confirming he and his wife, Rosetta Getty, the mother of his four children, have separated.
"The breakdown of a marriage is a very difficult and painful experience especially when children are involved," the star said.
Getty and Miller, who was engaged to Jude Law until he cheated on her with his kids' nanny, were photographed getting frisky last week on Italy's Amalfi Coast.
"In light of the fact that many pictures have surfaced in print and on the Internet which has caused myself and my family great embarrassment, I felt it necessary to at least acknowledge publicly that yes indeed my wife and I have separated and I will not be commenting any further."
Since he's still legally married, Rosetta is going to take him to the cleaners and keep the kids. His fling with Sienna will cost him a fortune in both heart break over losing his kids and he'll likely have to cough up half his Getty Oil inheritance. And when Sienna is finished with him she'll just move on to another actor in a few months. Way to stay classy, Balt. You fell for her evil ways.
