In the lawsuit, the tiny 'Austin Powers' actor is claiming TMZ violated his privacy and - infringed on his copyright and trademark - by airing portions of his sex tape. Hilarity ensues.
Troyer is also claiming that the site violated his right of privacy and misappropriated his name and likeness, and is seeking an injunction to stop further dissemination of the tape.
Troyer also named Kevin Blatt as a defendant in the suit. Blatt is the same dealer who brokered Paris Hilton's sex video. He reportedly has an offer of $100,000 from a company called Sugar DVD to distribute the Troyer video.
The 2-foot-8-inch Troyer played Dr. Evil's (Mike Myers) clone Mini-V in "Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me" and "Austin Powers in Goldmember."
Troyer's live-in girlfriend and the woman in the tape is identified as 22-year-old aspiring model Ranae Shrider.
Shrider says she is furious that the sex tape has appeared online. She admits that she still lives with the pint-sized star in the same apartment where the sex tape was shot.
Confronted by the paparazzi after having coffee in a Starbucks in LA, Shrider said, "Do I look like I should be smiling about this?"
