Harry Potter star Emma Watson,18, is set to replace Keira Knightley, 23, in the Coco Chanel Mademoiselle fragrance ads. She has signed a £3 million, 2-year deal to lend her face to the perfume.
'Emma has been excitedly telling friends that she's going to be taking over from Keira,’ says a source.
'She's been slowly integrated into the Chanel brand. They have been dressing her for film premieres and parties over recent months to see if she is the right fit.
'Once it became clear that she's growing into a beautiful young woman [who] wears the Chanel brand so elegantly, they had to sign her up. Chanel realizes it's important to target a young audience,' the insider tells the Daily Mail.
