As former tennis star Chris Evert prepares to say 'I Do' to husband number 3 and golf legend Greg Norman, the Aussie golfer's ex-wife is bitter and even her $107 million divorce settlement can't keep her from taking a swing at the upcoming lavish nuptials of the two sporting legends.
"I have no wishes for them except to say they deserve each other," Laura Andrassy said.
The June 28 nuptials will be one of the most glamorous of the year, with guests expected to include former US presidents Bill Clinton and George Bush Sr and a who's who of sport. The ceremony and celebration in the Bahamas is expected to cost over $1 million.
But his flight attendant ex-wife of 25 years is not happy about the event and has openly dissed the two star crossed lovers.
"I am only sorry for my children and spend my time being there for them through a difficult ordeal," said the ex who has two children with Norman - daughter Morgan, 25, and son Gregory, 22, who will be best man at the wedding.
"It (the wedding) still feels very unreal to me so I choose to know little about what is taking place. I am slowly trying to put my life back together."
Norman ended his marriage to Andrassy in a shocking phone call in May 2006. They divorced last September and Ms Andrassy received a hefty $107 million settlement, but Norman still wants her to pay half a $17 million tax bill on his private jet.
Tennis stars Anna Kournikova, Lindsay Davenport, Jimmy Connors and Martina Navratilova, who are all close friends of Evert's, are certain to be invited.
Evert was married to ski champ Andy Mill (the father of her three sons) for 18 years, and to British tennis player John Lloyd for 8 years in the 80s.
