Bill Murray and his wife are going through a nasty divorce in which she made it first to the media to announced what a beastly drunk he is (who? gopher-obsessed Carl Spackler??). Now it's come out that she's just as bad with the drink - if not worse.
In her divorce papers. Jennifer Butler claims the Caddyshack actor is violent and addicted to booze and sex, BUT! now we learn she has Gunga galunga.drinking problems of her own and her Charleston, S.C. neighbors have called the cops on her more than once.
In fact, in one incident on March 17, Jennifer allegedly got so drunk and abusive that her children ran to a neighbor's house for help.
Police intervened and the kids were sent to stay with a family friend until Bill returned from California.
Obviously Bill's lawyers are releasing this info to the New York Post to counteract Jennifer's accusations against Bill.
