Lindsay Lohan Is On 'Good Behavior' On Film Set

lohan Troubled star Lindsay Lohan has landed a part in a new movie - b'just barely. The producer had a hard time finding an insurance company that would cover her - and stars are unable to work in films without it. Linds, who is still on probation from her 2 DUI arrests last year, nearly missed out on the role for "Labor Pains".

A source tells the New York Daily News, "Movie producer Rick Schwartz could only find one insurance company to cover her, and even then he really had to vouch for her."

Charlize Theron thinks celebrities who love being in all the gossip tabloids have a "sad need for approval." The popular 'Monster' actress has no desire to be photographed at A-list parties and does not believe it's part of her job as an actress to reveal details of her life during interviews.

She says: "Having people know s**t about you. That's strange. Photographers chasing you. That's strange. It's strange when somebody goes through your garbage."

Janet Jackson Blames Def Jam for Album's Poor Sales

Janet Jackson is in battle of words with record label Def Jam with the singer revealing that all promotion of her latest album 'Discipline' has ceased. During a teleconference with the SOHH website on June 2, Janet revealed their was a problem with the release date for her next single release. She and Def Jam "haven't seen eye-to-eye" on her album since its first single, Feedback.

"They've basically stopped all promotion," Jackson says. "I've tried to think of a way to say this, but it's best to be honest. I doubt there'll be another single."

swayze Forget a sequel to 'Point Break' - that didn't pan out - but ailing Patrick Swayze will still be returning to work soon. His new series for A&E, The Beast, has been announced and is scheduled to begin shooting later this summer. Swayze, 55, who was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in May is doing well and responding to treatment.

jessica cash warren Congrats to Dark Angel star Jessica Alba and her husband Cash Warren who have a new baby girl! Alba, 27, and Warren, 31, wed in a super-secret quickie ceremony at the Beverly Hills courthouse on May 19. Their daughter, named Honor Marie Warren, arrived on June 7.
