Patricia Heaton - she's the actress who played Ray Romano's wife on 'Everybody loves Raymond' - must have been having a bad day when she was asked by an autograph hound to sign a coupla photos outside of club Avalon. Well, she took the fan photos and crumpled then up!
WTF was she thinking? A simple "no" would have been sufficient.
The autograph seeker called the cops who came and helped settle it. The man wanted Heaton to pay for the pictures she destroyed.
No vid of the actual incident but here's the seeker being paid in cash by her rep in front of two cops. Video at tmz.com.

It wasn't a fan. It was a guy who gets autographs and sells them for profit. She was at a charity event for sick kids and the guy was a complete jerk even the other auto seekers said so...
