But Naomi Campbell - just by being the outta control, phone-throwing, maid-attacking, rage-aholic Naomi Campbell - managed to get tossed off an airplane for spittle assault. She spit, she raged, they cuffed her - and the fiery Naomi is back in the news!
By official accounts, the supermodel was arrested in London for allegedly assaulting a cop at Heathrow Airport. Naomi had to be escorted from a British Airways jet on Thursday afternoon after being aggressive and abusive to the flight crew.
Campbell then spat at an officer and was handcuffed while the plane was still parked at the terminal gate.
Apparently Naomi was having a hissy over some luggage issue after being informed that one of her two checked bags had 'gone missing'. Heathrow's new Terminal 5 is having some serious baggage problems, but this time - they messed with the wrong passenger!
A "police source" tells The Sun newspaper that Campbell "was going nuts, spitting, punching and lashing out. BA staff were genuinely concerned about her well-being." The paper says she wrestled with three police officers.
The Sun says in the time it took to get Campbell off the plane –- along with her one checked bag BA could find -– the flight's other Los Angeles.-bound passengers were delayed by 90 minutes.
British Airways has made headlines recently by mishandling nearly 28,000 bags since the troubled opening of the new Heathrow terminal.
Well, thank God she wasn't flying United - now there's an airline that breaks all records for lost baggage!
