Transformers star Megan Fox has been named the Sexiest Woman in the World in FHM magazine's annual list of beautiful women. The actress/model takes over the top spot from last year's top hottie, Jessica Alba, who falls to number 3. The runner-up was Jessica Biel, while Elisha Cuthbert and Scarlett Johansson round out the top five.
Fox debuted on the FHM list in 2006, when she came in at 68; she jumped up just three spots last year (07).
Victoria Beckham and Britney Spears still made the list but just barely - they rounded out the top 100 at numbers 99 and 100 respectively.
