Boston Legal's Gail O'Grady has some serious gambling problems and other financial issues. Despite constantly working as an actress, O'Grady has filed for bankruptcy for the second time in 15 years and two big Vegas casinos are jumping in to try and recover debts on lines of credit.
The National Enquirer reports that Caesars Palace Hotel & Casino and Bally's/Paris Las Vegas filed paperwork in US Bankruptcy court, claiming the former "NYPD" star owes them a fortune.
According to legal documents, O'Grady owes Caesars $160,000 and Bally's $75,000 for gambling debts. The casinos want to make sure the bankruptcy judge puts them first in line to recover.
The Enquirer states that legal documents they uncovered reveal that O'Grady also owes money to credit cards, the IRS, and her mortgage company as well as to family, friends and colleagues. O'Grady claims the casinos knew about her financial situation in advance yet still offered her lines of credit.
