Before she signed on to play Hannah Montana, Miley Cyrus promised her dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, that she would go to college. But that was before she became a mega-superstar with a hit TV show and a sold-out concert tour. A source tells Star magazine that the 15-year-old has "no plans to go to college" and that makes daddy's heart all achy-breaky.
Her decision to skip college "breaks Billy Ray’s heart," the source says, adding, "She’s been bitten by the show business bug.”
Actually Billy Ray has more to worry about here than college. With Miley as Disney's best all-time money maker, and more millions of dollars set to come her way in the near future, the Hannah Montana star could decide not to bother finishing high school either.

Miley is my best friend, like a sister. She'll probably get over not going to college or dropping out of school. Anyways Mr. Billy Ray won't let her knowing him, I will not let her not finish high school or not go to college. So everyone please don't blame her, she is just going through a phase. She'll gret over it, hopefully. If shee doesn't i'll get her to. I'm not letting her make a huge mistake that she'll regret later on in life. She is a great actress and singer , yeah. But she can still be an actress and singer if she stays in high school, she's doing it right now, and she can be them both still if she goes to college. Miley never said she was not going to finish highschool and I think that if she wants to go to college she will and or maybe she will wait. People do go back and they are successful. If she has a good head on her shoulder like everyone says she does then she will use it and do whats best for her. College is an amazing thing and you need it in todays society but I think that like in one of the other comments left just encourage her...calling her names and making fun is not gonna encourage her to go to school, just be there for her. She will still have people who will love her regardless of the decision she makes! She is a great person with an amazing talent!

She should go to high school. She wouldn't bail on her dad like that.
