So Jen and Brad fell out of love and and decide to split up and stay friends but then he meets Ange and they're like "Mr/Mrs Smith" and ooh baby she's wants his cute butt but Brad's like "whoa hold up I'm married" (for now - *wink wink*) but later hooks up with Ange anyway cuz after all it was Jen WHO. BROKE. UP. WITH. HIM. and the divorce was going on and all was cool but then Jen got upset cuz even though SHE. LEFT. HIM. he found a new gal so right quick and it's a gal who can like drink blood and throw knives and she's a UN ambassador and shit. Jealous and hurt feelings ensues!
But it turns out it was the overly-sensitive Tomb Raider Ange all along who never wanted to hurt 'Friends' Jen's feelings - even if she was jealous of Jen being Brad's Ex - but now it comes out that Ange was being SO COOL not to hurt Jen's feelings but nobody knew all this so it's up to Ange's brother (bless him) to TELL THE REAL STORY.
Well why didn't they just say so?
It unfold thusly: Last month, it looked like Ange and Jen were finally going to have that awkward face-to-face, bump-into-each-other thing at a Hollywood party at the Feb 22 Independent Spirit Awards. Then Ange decided at the last minute not to show up.
Talkative brother James Haven now says it was because his sister Angelina just didn't want to hurt Jen's feelings. “Angie is an incredibly strong but also incredibly sensitive woman, and she would always be careful when another woman’s feelings are concerned,” Haven told Grazia magazine.
“She'd go out of her way to make sure there was no situation that would hurt another woman because of her, and I’m talking about a situation like one of Brad’s ex partners or his ex-wife.”
They could have avoided two years of gossip by just saying it was Jennifer that broke up with Brad.
