Rocker Richie Sambora - who was busted for DUI in Laguna Beach, CA, on Tuesday - is now facing charges of child endangerment since he was not only shit-faced and behind the wheel, he was driving with kids in his car.
His daughter Ava, 10, was in the car as was another minor and an unidentified woman. And why wasn't the sober woman driving Richie and the two kiddies??
The Bon Jovi guitarist was pulled over around 11 p.m. Tuesday night after police said they spotted him driving erratically. He was driving a Hummer and failed multiple filed sobriety tests, according to TMZ.
"At this point there's no indication of drugs," said Laguna Beach PD Sgt. Jason Kravetz.
After Sambora was busted, the cops called Heather Locklear, Ava's mom, who authorized the woman in the car to drive her daughter home.
Sambora — who dated Denise Richards last year — did time in rehab, reportedly for alcoholism, last June. His divorce from Locklear was finalized in April 2007.
