Victoria Beckham is the reason the Spice Girls have had to cut their world tour short. Posh, who has three children with her husband David, said: "The reason I decided to do the tour was to show my kids that mummy was once a pop star. I'm not in the music industry any more. I'm in the fashion industry."
"I'm putting together a team of people now so it will be my main project when I finish this tour in a month."
Not that it matters really, since ticket sales for the Spice Girls concerts were not going well anyway. Following reports of poor sales, the group confirmed on Friday they have scrapped plans to perform in South Africa, Australia, Argentina and China.
A joint statement read: "Sadly, the tour needs to stop by the end of February due to family and personal commitments."
