Paris Hilton's brother Barron Hilton got busted for DUI and having fake ID on him after he accidentally ran over a gas station worker. What? No license to drive?
The 18-year-old was arrested on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, California at 8:30am on Tuesday. Fernando Pellez claims he called the cops on Hilton after he was knocked over by a black Mercedes at a 76 gas station.
Pellez tells PageSix.com, "I was knocked to the ground. The Mercedes lost control as it was turning into the gas station and Barron got out of the car and he was totally drunk and couldn't walk straight."
According to NY Daily News Hilton was chased by two men in a gray pickup who eventually confiscated his keys. "He was wandering around the gas station just looking very drunk," said Manuel Olloh, who works at the gas station. "He was walking really, really funny."
Hilton was taken to the Lost Hills Sheriff's station, where he was booked. TMZ reported that Hilton first called big sis Paris and pleaded with her to bail him out ... she said no. She later went to Vegas to party while Barron's buddies call in a bail bondsman.
