Lynne Spears has decided that she is going to take her celebrity daughter Britney out of Los Angeles as soon as she's released from the UCLA Medical Center, according to published reports.
"Lynne is extremely concerned for her daughter and would like to take Britney back home to Louisiana and get her out of Hollywood," Britney's lawyer Michael Flanagan told the New York Post's PageSix.com.
"Brit has an amazing support system in Louisiana. Lynne was holding up reasonably well, but her first priority and concern right now is with her daughter and helping her through this very tough situation that she is in."
This week's hospitalization follows a month that had already been disastrous for the singer. She has lost custody and visitation rights to her two kids following a meltdown and three-hour stand-off with police a few weeks ago. She was held for two days and then released to continue her wild ways. It's believed she could be held in the mental ward for up to two weeks this time.
