Lindsay Lohan has spoken about how hard it was to stop seeing her party friends on her quest to stay sober.
Lindsay spent two months in a Utah rehab center last summer after her second DUI arrest in two months. The actress claims she’s stayed of alcohol since then, except the odd slip up.
She says now she’s sobering up, it’s hard to see her old party pals.
“There are friends that have been hard to hang out with because they’ve gone done a different path… it’s hard because I’m the kind of person who wants to trust everyone,” she says.
“I like having friends around me, but now I’d much rather be at home. That’s not to say I’ll never go to a club again, because I’d be lying.
“I’m fine being alone during the day, but I hate being alone at night.”
Lohan says she now spends the time she would have in clubs writing in her journal and watching TV.
