Leonardo DiCaprio is set to produce a live-action version of anime classic 'Akira', it’s been reported.
The ground making Japanese movie was released in 1988 and co-written and directed by Katsuhiro Otomo.
The movie, set in 2019, is set in Tokyo following a nuclear war and focuses on a biker who gains super powers after undergoing experiments.
The movie is set for a 2009 release though Warner Bros.
