Justin Chambers, who plays Alex on "Grey's Anatomy" has checked himself into the psychiatric ward at UCLA Medical Center this week, the same place where Britney Spears was admitted on Thursday. Justin, a father of five, checked in on Monday and checked out on Thursday.
Chambers' rep confirmed to TMZ that Justin was "exhausted and suffers from a sleeping disorder. He went in voluntarily to get some help."
The dude's probably exhausted because he's got five kids...but good for Justin for getting professional help for a sleep disorder rather than wolfing down sleeping pills...
