Celebrity babies are big business. Jennifer Lopez and husband Marc Anthony will reportedly be paid $6m for the first people photos of their soon-to-be-born twins, believed to be the highest sum paid for famous baby photos.
The deal with ‘People’ magazine dwarfs the rumored $1.5m sum paid to Christina Aguilera for photos of newborn son, Max Bratman.
The $6m price tag also beats the $4m record sum paid to Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt for pictures of their baby Shiloh Jolie-Pitt last year.
‘People’ will print the pictures in America, while ‘OK!’ will share the cost of the photos to publish them in its international editions.
