Britney's Out of Hospital!

Britney Spears photo Britney Spears has been released from her psychiatric ward, after doctors determined the star was not a legal danger to herself or others – meaning they could no longer hold her against her will.

TMZ reports the troubled starlet was released today and is already back home.

A law enforcement source told the website that the UCLA Medical Center let Spears "because she was no longer required to stay there after 11:30 AM”.

Britney and her estate remain under conservatorship, meaning her father, Jamie Spears, and lawyer are still in control of the singer’s financial assets.
