Britney Spears’ manager has been banned from going near the star, after Spears’ mom took out a restraining order claiming he drugged her daughter.
Lynne Spears also claims 33-year-old Sam Lutfi, cut the pop tart’s phones and called her an “unfit mother”. She also says Lutfi moved into her daughter’s home and has attempted to “take control of her life, home and finances".
The restraining order means Lutfi is banned from contacting Britney in any way, including staying away from her home and the hospital where she’s undergoing psychological evaluation.
The restraining order bans Mr Lutfi from contacting Ms Spears in any way.
He must stay away from the singer, her homes, her parents and siblings' homes and the hospital where she is undergoing psychiatric evaluation.
"He yells at her. He claims to control everything - Britney's business manager, her attorneys and the security guards at the gate," Lynne’s declaration reads.
Lynne adds Lutfi put ground up medication in Britney’s food to keep her quiet.
She also alleges Lutfi "told Britney she was an unfit mother, a piece of trash and a whore, that she cares more about Adnan [Ghalib], her current boyfriend, than she cares about her kids and that she does not deserve her kids".
Lutfi has responded to Lynne’s allegations, saying: "I have no problems with anyone writing anything negative against me. My image is not of concern, hers is."
