Hollywood actress and United Nations goodwill ambassador Angelina Jolie has made a surprise visit to Iraq.
Angelina, 32, travelled to Baghdad to raise awareness that more needs to be done to help the two million people left devastated by the Iraq War.
"There are over two million displaced people and there never seems to be a real coherent plan to help them," Jolie said in an interview with CNN.
"There's lots of goodwill and lots of discussion but there seems to be a lot of talk at the moment and a lot of pieces that need to be put together.
"Of the two million internally displaced, it's estimated 58% are under 12 years old. It's a very high number of people in a very, very vulnerable situation and a lot of young kids."
The actress had lunch with American troops and had a meeting with US General David Petraeus, senior diplomats and Iraq's minister for displaced people.
She also held talks with the UN head of mission Staffan di Mistura and was due to meet Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki.
