LA Police Department Chief William Bratton says pfffft! to ideas that the city needs special laws to protect stars like Britney Spears from being stalked by paparazzi. Bratton's suggestion to the troubled star - just "stay home."

Obviously no fan of Brit's, the top cop added, "What we need is Britney Spears to stay home instead of traipsing all over town. That would solve the problem. We don't need additional laws. I've got laws coming out my ears to deal with this issue."

One of the bartenders who served them at a party was found to be infected. PUNK'D!

Will Smith Wins Damages in Hitler Case

Will Smith has won a court case against a news agency which accused him of praising Adolf Hitler.

The actor has received an apology and damages from the World Entertainment news Network (WENN), which published an article titled: “Smith: Hitler Was A Good Person” in December.

Smith’s solicitor Rachel Atkins, told London's High Court the article was "deeply distressing" to the star and had caused him "acute embarrassment".

Heather Mills looks set to be named one of the world’s sexiest women, following her high profile divorce battle with Sir Paul McCartney.

The ex-model has received thousands of votes in ‘FHM’ magazine’s annual poll of the 100 hottest women and so far holds the number 95 spot – beating Paris Hilton, Gwen Stefani and Kirsten Dunst.

‘FHM’ editor Chris Bell says Mills, 40, is receiving around 1,000 votes a day, compared to the 15 she polled before her divorce made her super-famous.

Aaron Carter Arrested for Pot Possession

Aaron Carter is behind bars after being caught with more than two ounces of marijuana.

Carter, 20, was pulled over by Texan police last night for speeding. Cops found the drugs after searching the vehicle.

Aaron, the younger brother of Backstreet Boy Nick, is due to appear in front of a judge today.

Jennifer Lopez has given birth to twins in New York this morning, her manager has confirmed.

J.Lo and husband Marc Anthony are celebrating the arrival of a baby girl, born at 12.12am and weighing 5lb 7oz, and a boy, following at 12.23am and weighing 6lbs.

The singer/actress’ manager Simon Fields, says: "Jennifer and Marc are delighted, thrilled and over the moon."

Farrell 'Honored' to Star in Ledger's Last Movie

Colin Farrell says he’s honored to be a part of Heath Ledger’s final movie.

Farrell will co-star with Johnny Depp and Jude Law in fantasy film ‘The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus’, which Ledger had started filming before his tragic death last month.

“I will be honored to be part of that,” Farrell told an Australian newspaper.
