Slash has admitted he once refused to allow Michael Jackson near his two-year-old son - because he didn't quite trust the star.The Velvet Revolver and former Guns N' Roses guitarist says he was weary of Jacko meeting his child while on a trip to London.
Slash adds that he believed the pop superstar had the right to a fair trial after being accused of child abuse charges in 2003.
"You know, I give the benefit of the doubt to Michael on everything - innocent until proven guilty and whatnot," Slash says.
"But I was thinking, okay Michael, you figure out your s**t and I'll hold on to my son!"
Jacko was acquitted of the charges in 2005.
