Simpson Cancels Vacation Plans to Avoid Lachey

jessica simpson photo Jessica Simpson changed her vacation plans last minute to avoid meeting her ex-husband Nick Lachey and his girlfriend Vanessa Minnillio.

The songstress was due to fly out to Costa Rica to holiday with her boyfriend American football player Tony Romo, as well as her little sis Ashlee and her 'fiance' Pete Wentz.

But it's been reported Jess ditched her plans and instead flew to Mexico to spent time with her parents.

Lachey had been booked into the hotel next to where Simpson was due to stay in Costa Rica.
