Lindsay Lohan is partying, lusting after cute boys, and tempting herself with booze this week in Europe. Her time spent in rehab last year seems to have been wasted as the troubled star was videotaped sipping, or maybe chugging, champagne directly from a bottle while in Capri, Italy, where she was honored at the Film Festival.
Well, she does need to celebrate the new year!
Her lawyer though, claims the set back was just a minor boo-boo. A slip of a sip.
"After being handed a champagne bottle while on a dance floor in Italy on New Year's Eve and drinking from it, the good news is that Lindsay stopped herself, called her sponsor, and got herself back on track," her lawyer, Blair Berk, tells People magazine.
"There is no magic cure here. The most unfortunate part of this is that Lindsay has to share her 'one day at a time' with the entire world."
Hohan spent two months at the exclusive Cirque Lodge Treatment Center in Utah where she received treatment for drug and alcohol addictions following her arrests for DUI and cocaine possession.
