There is nothing that can come between a lawyer and a pile of money -- yet it appears that another legal beagle has quit on train wreck Britney Spears and her free-spending bank account. Representing a cash cow like Britney is too much these days for even Hollywood attorneys as her third lawyer in four months has walked out.
The law firm Trope and Trope asked a court Wednesday to be relieved as Spears' attorneys. The firm says there's been a "breakdown" in communication with the pop princess that makes representing her "impossible," according to the filing.
TMZ reported that Spears' deposition in her custody battle for her two kids was scheduled for Wednesday and she didn't show up ... again. Last month, Britney claimed she was too ill to testify, yet TMZ caught her out partying that same night.
As one source explained it, "Her whole life has become insane and it's impossible for anyone to get through to her."
