The cops were called to Britney Spears' home Thursday night and talked to the drunken star for 3 hours in an attempt to talk her into returning her kids to ex-husband Kevin Federline, who is the custodial parent. An AP photog outside the gated community where Britney lives says he saw six police cars, an ambulance and a fire truck enter around 10:30 p.m.
Officers arrived at the house around 8 p.m., and the 26-year-old singer turned over the children around 10:50 p.m.
Britney had another meltdown and was loaded onto a gurney and taken away in an ambulance.
Whether or not she was under the influence of drugs or alcohol has yet to be determined but the pop tart was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for an evaluation.
Depending if and on what Brit was under the influence of during this latest episode, K-Fed's lawyer will likely go back into the court immediately to ask the judge to strip Britney of visitation rights.
UPDATE: TMZ.com is reporting that "two ambulances left Britney's house, both headed for Cedars-Sinai Medical Center - one transporting Britney, the other had two-year-old Jayden James in it."
