Denise Richards has plans to include her and Charlie Sheen's two young daughters in a new reality TV show and Charlie is going to court to stop her.
Sources tell Extra that Richards recently landed the deal, which will revolve around her life as a working single mom in Hollywood. Her ex-hubby Sheen has refused to let his girls, Sam, 3, and Lola, 2, take part in Denise's TV gig - and so the two are going to court later this week to fight it out.
But Denise needs permission. In order for the girls to appear in the reality television show, Sheen must agree to it.
Richards is going to ask the court to revoke Sheen's power as the children's father - just in this matter - so she can move forward and make the dough.
A source close to Sheen says that this goes against everything Charlie believes in. He "feels it’s exploitative of the children for the mother’s own vanity and greed."
You have to agree with Charlie on this one, but who would watch her in a reality show anyway? And what lame producer would cast her in a reality show?
