Beyonce has vowed at the Grammy Awards next month, despite fears celebrities would stay away if striking Hollywood writers picketed outside the ceremony.
The songstress’ father/manager Mathew Knowles said Beyonce has “have every intention" of appearing at the Los Angeles event on February 10.
"We have an incredible Beyonce performance that will be announced soon. We wish the Grammys the best," he added.
The Foo Fighters’ manager John Silva has also said the rock group "will be performing on the show" on 10 February.
Members of actor’s union the Screen Actors Guild, which Beyonce is a member of, have pledged to boycott events like the Grammys in support of striking writers.
Kanye West is this year’s main nominee. He is up for eight trophies.
