Posh Spice Victoria Beckham has topped Mr. Blackwell's 48th annual worst-dress list.
"Forget the fashion spice, wearing a skirt would suffice! In one skinny-mini monstrosity after another, pouty Posh can really wreck-em," Blackwell said in a statement.
Amy Winehouse was named the second-greatest fashion mess, with Blackwell saying: "Exploding beehives above, tacky polka-dots below, she's part '50s carhop horror."
