Footage showing Britney Spears running a red light with her children in the car has been submitted to a Los Angeles court. The video is being used as evidence against the pop tart in her custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline.
K-Fed’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplin, declined to comment on the court hearing.
Kaplin added Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon had issued a sealed order which he was unable to talk about.
"I can't tell you what was discussed, I can't tell you what was in the papers, I can't even tell you what was in the order," Kaplan said.
The case returns to court on 26th November.
