'Transformers' star Shia LaBeoul mixed it up with a security guard and got thrown out of ... wait for it ... a Walgreens! Yeppers, the actor was ARRESTED in downtown Chicago early Sunday outside a Walgreens, after repeatedly ignoring requests that he leave the drug store, according to a TMZ.com report.
I know. I'm. Shocked. Too. Since when does Walgreens have security guards?!
Cops say the security guard wanted the actor to leave because he appeared drunk. But when LaBeouf refused, the guard detained him and called the cops. This was around 2.30 in the morning.
Police said the star was “very courteous and polite” with them and wasn't given a breathalyzer since he wasn't driving a car. He posted bond by 7 a.m. Sunday morning.
Shia was charged with misdemeanor criminal trespassing and is scheduled to appear in a Cook County courtroom November 28.
