Ozzy Osbourne says he feels insulted by U.S. police using his name in a sting operation.
Police organized a party in Fargo, North Dakota supposedly involving the rocker but it was, in fact, a scam to catch missing criminals.
Invitations were sent to 500 people with outstanding arrest warrants. Over 30 suspects turned up.
"Instead of holding a press conference to pat himself on the back, Sheriff Laney should be apologizing to me for using my name in connection with these arrests," Ozzy said in a statement. "It's insulting to me and to my audience and it shows how lazy this particular sheriff is when it comes to doing his job."
While police say it was a “creative” way to fight crime.
