Pregnant socialite Nicole Richie has backed a new invention to protect lamp posts from canine wee, the dog urinal.
Nicole has reportedly signed up to promote the urinals, designed by Swedish inventor Lennart Jarrelbro, which stop the posts becoming eroded by chemicals food in dog wee.
"They're so clever. It's a cute rubber cup attached to the post and a hose to pipe the urine into the gutter,” Richie says.
Richie has two very cute dogs; a Pomeranian called Foxxy Cleopatra and Shih Tzu called Honeychild.
