Let’s hope Jennifer Lopez wants to be a stay-at-home mom. It’s rumoured the diva could be dropped by her record label following disappointing sales of her new album.
Brave was released last month - selling 53,000 copies in its debut week - setting tongues wagging that the diva will be axed by Epic Records.
The label is also said to be pissed off about the costs of maintaining Lopez, including an album cover shoot which cost $60,000 and a make-up fee of almost $8,000 for each promo appearance.
"[Lopez] costs too much money and doesn't sell enough. The woman requires everything short of flying monkeys to get on a stage," an Epic source is quoted as saying.
