Britney Spears was fleeing the paparazzi in her car last night when when one of the chasers was injured in a motorcycle accident. According to reports, several cars were chasing the pop princess when one hit the motorcycle, throwing the rider onto the road.The victim was seriously injured and taken to the nearby Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
It is believed the injured man was a 'spotter' and does not actually carry a camera but follows stars to tip off the rest of the photographers.
Spears' driving skills have already been questioned - last month she pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanor charge of driving without a valid driver's license. She has since obtained a temporary California permit.
The troubled star was also involved in a hit and run in August and could face another similar charge for driving over a police officer's foot on 26 October. Over the weekend, she ran a red light and made an illegal U-turn in full view of paparazzi, and with a court-appointed child monitor in the car with her and the kids.
