Pregnant songstress Jennifer Lopez is taking it easy after a miscarriage scare.
38-year-old Lopez feared there was a problem with her pregnancy after noticing spots of blood in her urine. Lopez was told to take it easy by her doctor.
Lopez - who is rumoured to be expecting twins - has been touring around North America promoting her new album, ‘Brave’, and has just finished a U.S. tour with husband Marc Anthony.
"She's petrified that something could go wrong [with her pregnancy]. [The hospital visit] really shook her up. If she lost the babies, her life would be shattered," a source close to Lopez says.
J.Lo’s mom Guadalupe has reportedly also been urging her daughter to slow down for months.
"Her mum's constantly been on the phone, telling her to calm down. Guadalupe's very no-nonsense and she's told Jen that she needs to take some time out of the limelight to enjoy her pregnancy and her babies when they arrive," the source added.
