Posh Spice Victoria Beckham has been told she needs to put on weight if she’s to survive the Spice Girls’ upcoming world tour.
Victoria, 33, has been ordered to eat five means a day and eat a spinach-rich diet to increase her energy and stamina ahead of the band’s grueling tour schedule.
“She isn't too happy about the plan but understands that it's necessary if she's to stay healthy and not burn out over the coming months," a source told Britain’s ‘The Daily Mirror’ newspaper.
