Britney Spears missed two drug tests over the last few weeks because she was asleep.
A source says Spears’ assistant twice told a testing lab couldn’t undergo the court-ordered tests because she was sleeping.
The missed tests have prompted Commissioner Scott M. Gordon to say that, from now on, a skipped drug test will be counted as a failed test.
Spears recently lost custody of her two kids because she was not "in substantial compliance" with previous court orders. It was not specified which provisions the singer failed to meet.
Spears will next appear in court on October 26.
