Kevin Federline, has scored custody of his two sons, 2-year-old Sean Preston and 1-year-old Jayden James, from his crazy ex-wife, Britney Spears.
Yes, it's sad but true: a judge ruled today that even K-Fed is a better parent to the little pair of cheetos than the pop princess.
The ruling came down Monday from the LA family court ordering the pop star's ex-husband to take sole custody of their two children on Wednesday.
The judge, Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon, ordered Britney two weeks ago to undergo random drug testing and to hire a parenting coach after finding evidence of "habitual, frequent and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol" by her.
Even more shocking - Kev has landed a regular job. He's been offered a recurring role on "One Tree Hill." Federline says, "I've shot two [episodes] already and I've got to go out and shoot one more... We'll see where it takes me."
