Pammie and Rick applied for and were granted a marriage license in Las Vegas on Saturday afternoon.
Earlier this month, Pamela, 40, told talk show host Ellen DeGeneres she had fallen in love and was "engaged" but refused to reveal the identity of her new lover only saying he was a poker player.
She claimed they started dating after she offered him sexual favors to pay off her gambling debt.
As well as dating Paris, Rick, 39, was briefly married to former 'Beverly Hills 90210' actress Shannen Doherty.
The license permits the couple to marry at any time within the next year.
Which is plenty of time for Salomon to back out of it.
