Former Lost actress Michelle Rodriguez is busy planning her fall and winter schedule, which will including the shooting of a movie - and reporting to jail to serve six months for violating probation.
The 29-year-old must report to jail on CHRISTMAS EVE after repeatedly breaking the terms of her probation.
The actress, who was nabbed for three driving offenses in 2004including hit-and-run and DUI, was sentenced to serve two days in prison, as well as community service and a three-year probation period. But she violated her probation when she was charged with drunk driving in Hawaii in 2005. She spent just 24 hours in jail for that.
She was also required to do 30 days of community service and was caught in a lie when she said she was doing it - but was clear across the country at the time.
A Los Angeles city attorney spokesman confirmed the actress' new sentence of 6 months, saying Michelle had "admitted violation of her probation by failing to provide proof of community service and by consuming alcohol three times while wearing an alcohol monitoring device".
He added: "She did file a document that said she completed community service on September 25th, but we obtained evidence that she was in New York that day."
A statement on her website simply said: "Yes, it's true. But Michelle is Michelle, so no worries. Check back."
Meanwhile, Michelle will begin filming James Cameron's Avatar later this month.

Oh noes! My Michelle can't go to jail. Granted she probably wouldn't mind it much because of all the snatch, in fact I'm willing to bet that her face will constantly be in someone's crotch, even when she's sleeping, maybe only coming up for air occasionally or to eat some real food. It blows though cause I won't get to see any pictures of the most beautiful woman alive for 6 whole months!
