Yet Ashley and Lance have been seen together on several occasions - the most recent when they were spotted making out at a bar in New York City Monday night.
According to details in the NY Post, the pint-size twin showed up to the Rose Bar at the Gramercy Park Hotel Monday night with the Tour de France champion.
A spy said, "They came together with a group of friends. Ashley drank red wine, sat on his lap and they were making out all night. They left together around 2 a.m."
Armstrong has been spending more time in New York since he bought a home there.
