Actress Evan Rachel Wood is on the verge of signing a major record deal, it’s been reported.
The 19-year-old has previously said she’d rather record songs than star in movies.
Wood is said to be in talks with bosses from Interscope Records.
"The general buzz is that she does have a very good voice and genuinely wants to make music. You should hear her karaoke!" a source says.
Wood is currently dating controversial rock star Marilyn Manson.
