"High School Musical" star Vanessa Hudgens has become famous for her wholesomeness, but her rep is confirming that a nude photo on the internet is really her, and offering the opinion that "It's unfortunate this has become public."
Very unfortunate, because Disney just fired her yesterday. The 19-year-old singer/actress is believed to have taken the naked self-portrait shot "privately", intended for the sole viewing pleasure of her equally squeaky clean boyfriend - Zac Efron.
The picture appears to have been taken in a bedroom. “Shooting into a mirror with her camera phone, she took photos of herself stripped except for a gold chain around her waist,” an unnamed source says. “She also photographed herself in the tub, blowing kisses – and sensuously pulling down her bikini bottom.”
Which begs the question - if the photo was for Zac's eyes only, how did it get on the internet?

US Weekly is reporting that Disney has already gotten huffy and replaced Vanessa with another actress for the upcoming "High School Musical 3":
Due to the recent scandal of “High School Musical” star Vanessa Hudgens’ naked photo scandal, Execs at Disney have parted ways with the star and have decided to replace her with “Cheetah Girls” star Adrienne Bailon.
The decision came just hours after the scandal became public and got to the offices at Disney. Says insiders, “It was an extremely hard decision to do. Vanessa has become apart of the family, but we felt it was irresponsible of her to do what she did.”
It has now been announced that Bailon, star of another hugely successful Disney franchise “The Cheetah Girls” will replace Hudgens in the role of Gabriella, Zac Efron’s love interest in the upcoming “High School Musical 3″. Both Hudgens and Bailon’s reps denied a comment, as well as the reps for Disney.
