O.J. Simpson has been questioned by Las Vegas police about a robbery at a Vegas casino, and it happened on the very same day his infamous "(If) I Did It" book is being released. The robbery incident, involving O.J. football memorabilia and other stuff, apparently occurred in a guest room at the craptastic Palace Station Casino.
O.J. reportedly broke into a room with men who claimed to be police officers, an eyewitness said.
Alfred Beardsley, a memorabilia dealer, says he had secured various items once owned by Simpson. Beardsley has said he had the suit O.J. wore the day he was acquitted of murder.
According to Beardsley, O.J. and 5 men stormed the room, two of them with guns drawn.
Beardsley says the men claimed to be police officers. OJ and others demanded that Beardsley and two other men surrender their cell phones. Beardsley refused to do so. Beardsley says the group stole every piece of memorabilia in the room, including items signed by Joe Montana. They also took a case of never-released leather editions of Simpson's book, "I Want to Tell You."
The police spokesman says Simpson "made the comment that he believed the memorabilia was his."
Metro Police in Vegas say an arrest warrant could be issued for O.J. today.

Ha, ha, finally. The bum will not get double murder time. But 10 to 14 in the Nevada desert will do for now.
