Demi Moore says that no studio wants her for any big-money movie roles as she is too old. The 44-year-old actress star says she is struggling to find acting jobs despite spending $600,000 (£220,000) on plastic surgery.
The G.I. Jane actress recently said: "It's been a challenging few years, being the age I am. Almost to the point where I felt like, well, they don't know what to do with me. I am not 20. Not 30..."
"There aren't that many good roles for women over 40. A lot of them don't have much substance, other than being someone's mother or wife."
Her expensive surgery has included breast implants, collagen injections, liposuction and a $12,000 procedure to lift sagging skin around her knees.
But she's staying busy anyway. The mother of three says she's also writing a tell-all book to shed light on Hollywood's obsession with youth.
