Britney Spears has to undergo random drug tests and hire a parenting coach to help her raise her children with ex-husband Kevin Federline, a court commissioner has ordered.
"Based on the evidence presented, the court finds that there is habitual, frequent and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol by [Spears]," Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon wrote in his ruling.
He ordered Spears to have two drug tests a week, to be given on different days of the week and at different times.
Spears and Federline were both ordered to attend joint co-parenting counseling and complete a "parenting without conflict" program.
They have also been instructed to not speak badly each other in front of their children or in public.
If Spears can get her life back on track, she will be allowed to continue shared custody of her kids.
